Devices talk MQTT or HTTP with credentials issued from one token model. Ubidots-compatible endpoints mean existing gateways and scripts keep working unchanged.

A tenant is the account; organizations are its departments. Lists span the departments a person belongs to and carry an Organization column — no separate logins per factory.
